Thank you to all our customers (local and international) that purchased cakes, cupcakes and what not for their mother’s this past weekend. We do hope the mother’s enjoyed their treats and you scored extra brownie points with them ๐Ÿ™‚

With so many cakes and cupcakes being prepared, I didn’t have any time to take photos of the cakes, so if you managed to take happy snaps with the cake recipients or the cakes alone, I would love for you to share them with me (if you want to)ย  ๐Ÿ˜€Image

In record time, you once again cleared the stock in ways that were reminiscent of the 2013 Christmas rush. We could barely pack the boxes fast enough. Thank you for a great day and for accepting the delay. I’m sorry that some of you missed out.

I hope all the festivities for the Easter weekend are cherished moments with your dear ones!

Website, menu and price updates

Monday is my “no baking day” but there is still plenty of work to do outside the kitchen. I finally had some time to transition the rest of our everyday menu over to the website. After having the site for about 18months, the update was long overdue. Price changes have been kept to a minimum so all other .pdf menus are no longer current.

I’ll continue to make additions to the site such as location map, weekly forecast of availability, FAQ’s, tips and my vegetarian recipes…when time allows.

Thank you to our customers who have provided positive feedback about the website. Have a browse and let me know what you think – if you find that it’s easy to navigate. I’m still trying to find my way around the formats. I hope to utilize this site more to better service you ๐Ÿ™‚

This week we are going back to my baking classics of crumble, muffins, cheesecakes and scones. A small selection of our gourmet cupcakes will still be available for those with a sweeter tooth.

CRUMBLE TRAYS WITH FRESH CREAM $70 (usually $80) Serves 10-12
Apple Cinnamon base with coconut crumble top
Berry Peachy base with coconut crumble top
Crumble mini dessert pots: $8 each (comes with Samoan Vanilla Custard base)
CHEESECAKE 9″ – $80, mini dessert pots: 6 pack – $48, 12 pack – $84
