Since returning to Samoa mid-October 2016, I have been quietly going about the baking business while tending to the needs of my precious baby boy who my husband and I welcomed into the world in July.
It’s amazing how plans can change when a little human takes over but I am happy to hold off on the next steps for Caroline’s Kitchen until the time is right.
I wanted to let you know that I am continuing to take orders but will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the same workload as before so please get in early.
I am honored and touched by the loyalty of so many of you who expressed such happiness at my return and proceeded to place orders straight away. Thank you 🙂

Operating hours are resuming as per normal, beginning with the weekly Tasty Tuesday.

To better serve you during the 2014 festive season we will be opening to the public for immediate purchases twice a week.
Hours: 1pm – 5pm (unless sold out prior)
Wk 1: (2nd) Tuesday and (4th) Thursday
Wk 2: (9th) Tuesday and (11th) Thursday
Wk 3: (16th) Tuesday and (18th) Thursday
Wk 4: (23rd) Tuesday and (24th) Wednesday
Wk 5: (30th) Tuesday and (31st) Wednesday
If you require bulk purchases on any of these days, please let us know a few days before so that we can put it on the schedule. This will help us prepare enough stock for all our walk-in customers. We are currently trying to work on a Christmas menu in the little spare baking time that we have 🙂 We’ll let you know once this is completed.
