Talofa and a belated Happy New Year to you all.
Since returning to Samoa mid-October 2016, I have been quietly going about the baking business while tending to the needs of my precious baby boy who my husband and I welcomed into the world in July.
It’s amazing how plans can change when a little human takes over but I am happy to hold off on the next steps for Caroline’s Kitchen until the time is right.
I wanted to let you know that I am continuing to take orders but will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the same workload as before so please get in early.
I am honored and touched by the loyalty of so many of you who expressed such happiness at my return and proceeded to place orders straight away. Thank you 🙂
Have a blessed 2017!
In case you missed it, I am now overseas on a break 🙂
I will still be receiving your queries and will attempt to respond to them as soon as I can.
Thank you for your overwhelming support that makes these holidays possible and somewhat deserved.
Our next available ordering dates commence January 12, 2016 … Cupcakes can still be purchased on Tuesdays and Thursday’s from 1pm but no new orders can be accepted
This calendar will be updated as often as possible. Tuesdays and Thursdays will always have limited availability for special orders so it is best to book in early just in case.
Calendar last updated : November 4
Dear customers – Thank you for keeping me so busy. Now I need a long break to prepare for the exciting things to come. Stay forever sweet, Caroline 😘
I have managed to compile a list (not comprehensive – but a list nonetheless) of the most frequently asked questions that I’ve encountered in the last couple of years.
This list can be found here
I hope they are helpful.
I am back from my short break and am now making a start on replying to the messages that were sent during my absence. Please allow up until Wednesday to receive a reply from me. If you don’t hear from me by then, please send me a friendly prompt 🙂
Welcome to all our new Facebook followers. Quite a few of you have come through during the two week period.
The answers to your questions relating to my operating hours, contact details, location, directions and menus are all available on this blog. They can be found in the About and Menu tabs
Operating hours are resuming as per normal, beginning with the weekly Tasty Tuesday.

Good morning from chilly Melbourne!
This is a late post to share some of the creations that kept me busy on my last day of work and a reminder that Caroline’s Kitchen is closed for two weeks and opening again on July 15 for your orders.
Thank you for all the support over the past year and a half. Things can only get better and some time away from the kitchen will help immensely 🙂

Thank you to all our customers (local and international) that purchased cakes, cupcakes and what not for their mother’s this past weekend. We do hope the mother’s enjoyed their treats and you scored extra brownie points with them 🙂
With so many cakes and cupcakes being prepared, I didn’t have any time to take photos of the cakes, so if you managed to take happy snaps with the cake recipients or the cakes alone, I would love for you to share them with me (if you want to) 😀
