This message is to notify you that we are indeed closed for 2019 and not accepting orders.

Due to changes in circumstances, it won’t be possible to get around to all the messages. I am sorry for the inconveniences caused to those who have been unable to reach me.

And…she’s back 


Talofa and a belated Happy New Year to you all. 

Since returning to Samoa mid-October 2016, I have been quietly going about the baking business while tending to the needs of my precious baby boy who my husband and I welcomed into the world in July.

It’s amazing how plans can change when a little human takes over but I am happy to hold off on the next steps for Caroline’s Kitchen until the time is right. 

I wanted to let you know that I am continuing to take orders but will unfortunately be unable to accommodate the same workload as before so please get in early.

I am honored and touched by the loyalty of so many of you who expressed such happiness at my return and proceeded to place orders straight away. Thank you 🙂
