Caroline’s Kitchen is a home based kitchen “made to order” bakery in Samoa that prides itself in producing quality homemade treats that are sure to please even the toughest food critic.
Using the finest ingredients available on the island, cupcakes, cakes and other culinary delights are carefully prepared, decorated and packaged to Owner Baker, Caroline Ryan’s high standards. A self-confessed perfectionist, she insists on only serving up the best.
Kitchen location: Vaitele St, Lalovaea (immediately after passing the SDA compound on your left)
- Opening Hours: Tuesday – Friday (pick up times 8:30am to 5:30pm) Saturday (9am – 12pm) Operating hours may vary during busier seasons and event scheduling
- The kitchen is open to the public on Tuesday for immediate purchases from 1pm – 5:30pm for “Tasty Tuesday” and Thursday for “mini dessert Thursday”
- Closed Sundays (Sabbath)
- Consultations by appointment only. Please make an appointment if you need to see Caroline, as “walk ins” may unintentionally interrupt any processes that Caroline is working on for other orders
